My father was testing engineer in electricity board. One day due to his habits of drug
addiction he forced my mother & me to leave his home. At that time i was 10 years old. So from
that day we are living seperate. The drug addiction of my father went on so peak level that he
disappeared and went missing till now. Missing report has been filed but there is no clue.
Now i am 22 years old trying to claim property and pf fund in electricity board. So now i have
filed for civil death & its hearings are going on. But suddenly i found out some documents
regarding gpf nominee & there i found my fathers friend as a nominee for pf fund. This was
completely shocking for me. So i tried to convince my fathers friend to help me in getting my
claim but he refused due to his greed for money. I am in completely trouble now. Please help
me .
Concluding above i have some queries :
1 - What steps should be taken to get my claim ?
2 - Will the nominee be able to get fund ?
