Graduity

As per appointment letter graduity shown in CTC including all aalownce + components (On Gross Total salary) which is already clearly mentioned in my appointment letter

Sir, When provide me appointletter by comapany, it time mentioned graduitty on total gross ( including all alownace) Salary.

Which is mentioned as below.

Salary Components.

Basisc Salary Rs12500 + HRA 3500 Project Allowance RS 6500 + Medical Rs 1250 + LTA RS 15000= Gross Salary 25000

Mentioned graduity inappointment letter Annexture on total Gross Salary 25000*4.81%= Rs 1202

Yearly Gross Salary 300000*4.81% = Rs 14423

Now after 16 yers my slary increased to RS 7,50,000 then.

Please advice

Sir I am not sure for under paid but

1.my retirement from 01-05-2023 recently company Paid gardauity only basic salary although the recent employee having appointmetter as above (as same sdtructure on graduity as above)

Please sir provide guidance.
