Grandfather property

Dear Lawyers,

My Grandfather has left behind a property without dividing it among his children, He has got 6 children, one among them is my father. As he has not divided among them, couple of the filed a case for inheritance of the property and court has divided it among them(5 now as two of them have expired). After the decree they are coming forward for the division, not even my father is going for division as it incurs some expenditure. Being a GrandFather property am unable to get the benefits of the same, i cant even get a Education loan when i needed it most.

Is it possible for me a file a suit to get my chunk of property which am legally entitled to?

Thanks,

Sagar

First tell when (in which year) your grad father died.

What about your grand mother?  Is she alive?

Whether all his children are married and have their own children?

Who died in which year?

When your grandfather had 6 children why the property was divided into 5 by the Court?

What did the Court passed the decree?

Whether your father was a partt in the case?

At what place your father is living, and at what place the partition is taking place - and what is the expenditure that you are talking about?
