hi, i have to file a writ against Greater NOIDA Development authority.
As Greater noida development authority has been constituted under UP Industrial Development Act 1976, does it bar other legislation like UP Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and UP municipal Corporation Act, 1959 to applicable on the Authority?
Though many provisions of the 1976 act have been borrowed from 1959 act and 1973 act.
My query is that whether 1959 act and 1973 act would be applicable as in whole or provision/part which is borrowed to control and regulate the acts of the authority constituted under 1976 act?
