i received exparte order in GWOP case
Wife address is not know and judge mentioned particularly not to use police to take children
Now what to do ? its been 3 months since i have the exparte order and to file Execution petation my lawyer says that will take 6 months or even more and he is suggesting me to take the children from my wife house with force.
will this create a problem , can i file Ep or HCP ?
Some scaring me saying that if i take children and my wife will file fake kidnapping case against me and the police will put me in remand for that , but i have the exparte order ?
is it ok to take the children from my wife by force or do it with EP or With HCP ?
which one will benifit the best and i get to keep my children ?
some telling that even if i take my children and then if my wife comes then i will be ordered to give the children to her ?
i want proper custody of my children
i have my wife threatning phone calls in which she mentioned that she will poison my children and kill them and also have video records of she abusing her own mother and asking her to abuse me , she was like a mental.
please advice .
