Had purchased a new flat in same cghs soceity in delhi

Sir I am a alottee of a cghs flat in Delhi and now I purchased a new flat in same society for my second child in my name , as I am having money in bank after retirement. Now can it cause me any problem in Delhi rather than membership. If society don't give me membership than I have no issue but can rcs can cancel my flat and forfeit that.

What are my rights in purchasing 2 flats in same society . Membership is not my concern but do my flat is under legal problem and what is I want to convert them from lease hold to freehold. Do DDA have any problem in the same in conversion.

You can purchase as many flats as you can. Law does not put any restriction in this regard.
