Wil there be any problem in taking over  the property since he is not connected legally. whether wil his mother (not legally connected) can give any will or legal heir to him to take over the property?

hi,

My grandmother wrote a house in my father's name. My father is still alive.  As the only daughter, do i have any rights on the property when he is alive?

There is another house in my mother's name.  What rights do I have on this property as a daughter when my mother is alive?

@ Sarika,

You do not have any rights in either of the properties during the lifetime of your parents.
