My husband was the tenant of a Public Trust, Mumbai. This public trust fraudulently sold the trust building in 2007 without giving opportunity to tenants to buy out the tenements as per law. Can my husband or my self file a PIL in Mumbai High Court as due to criminal nexus of Trustees, Charity Commissioner and land mafia many such buildings are sold putting the tenants at risk of loosing the tenements due to such foul plays. Indian democracy become a rogue democracy due to such criminal nexus and the only hope to survive is to get united and fight the system so that our children may have better governance. We have several laws in place but the rogue govt. personnel are hand in glove with thugs and criminals for easy money.
