Help needed on dispute law

Hi

I work as a Software Engineer for a MNC where we have a Performance year rating process through which they evaluate our performance and based on which we get our hikes and promotions. But I am facing some disputes with my manager, and he has put some false allegations on me without any proofs to pull down my ratings. Somehow I got the issues in written from HR.

They have put an allegation related to some unverified people issues and said that I did a recording of a conversation between me and my manager without notifying him which is a violation of there policy.
Now I would like to mention that there is no listed policy specific to any recording in there policy tool, moreover manager has nothing as a proof for the same (because it don't exist). Also for people issues matter they never told who had the issue and what.

So is there any law through which I can get the justice delivered on this process or report this harassment???

Yes, there is law relating to the harassment of employees at workplace under which you can file a case of harassment at Labour court against the persons involved.

Consult a local Advocate for the same.

Please note they can not take any action against you with out giving you a chance of hearing and putting your side story on board.

The allegations what they leveled against you has to be proved.  Was there any show cause notice as an after effect to this by the management/HR?, if yes, you can take the help of an advocate practicing labor laws and give a suitable reply or if it is just oral harassment, bring it to the notice of the top management in writing (not through mail alone), if this fails to invoke a proper response and the problems are not solved, you may think of legal action, but ensure you are secured elsewhere because the company may indulge in avenging you for going against them.
