All the members of our management committee of our Cooperative Housing Society had resigned last week.
what would happen to the society's office manager now. what's the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society act says about continuation of society's manager.
can the General Body meeting maybe called to remove him and appoint another office manager to run the society's day to day affairs.
please advice with suitable bye laws etc
