Lovely wife filed a 498 and other 7 sections case on me and my 4 other family members in 2013.
Since after never ever either she or her family came to court.
I sent many RTI application to police never gave single answer.
Since last year I and my lawyer requested judge to fasten the case and give a end.
He gave 2 time schedule and sent summons.
They were obscanding , police simply saying not traced.
Even after 3 months another schedule same answer from police and judge simply giving dates ..When they are absent .
How long they can skip schedules?
What is the best action i can do to get rid this case and give a end?
I have no intention of compramise, because we never took Dowry and never torch her. All are unprovable base less allocations.
Culprti police co-oprated to make FIR.
On that day itself i challenged to police and her, by saying I trust court, sure I get justice.
