Hi
i would like to know how to complain aginst a lawyer who just to make moeny and without any merrits makes false claims on behalf of their client, Is there any ethical responsibility or they just have one stick for every case.
where is Indian judiciary heading where lawyers do not even care what they state in theire complaint.

Dear Mr. Anu
Nobody is above the law. If you feel anybody (advocate) is acting against his/her professional ethics, you can complain the same to the state Bar Council. Bar Council must make an enquiry of the alleged professional misconduct, and if found to be trun, will initiate action against such advocate. There are several such example in all most all state of the country.
Similarly If you feel such person has contravened some rule of law, you can logged a FIR/file a complain case with the help of another lawyer.
