How to counteract cheque bounce offence if its happened. by

Namste to All, I had bought land from property company, paid 20% down payment n also gave few cheques.later on I found that it wasn't fair deal so as per application I can cancel the deal with in 1 month and I ll get full amount back after cancellation is approved, but before it approved I stopped alll cheques I had given to them, later I realized even though I filled cancellation form they sumbitted the cheque in bank, I guess this cheque bounce offence. Could ny1 suggest me how shall I get out of this as soon as possible. Thank you so much in advance

Dear Jitendra

Send a Notice & inform about your cheques. & demand your cheques. if they do not return your cheque & file any criminal complaint against you then this notice will be you best defence.

You should issue notice about cancellation of deal and demand your cheques back.
