I have to make cheque payment to the unregistered business having some name ABC, but I found the same business name of a different person in other regions of the country and pointed it out to the payee then he gave me the TIN number. Now my question is whether I should draw cheque as "ABC with TIN (....number)" or look for other ways to fix the uniqueness of the business. What are other ways?
