Me and my wife are got divorced, we had boy of 6 months old, i'm belongs to muslim religion
I'm doing job and earning 50k per month, my wife is not working but she is econamiclly good.
How can i get my baby into my custody.

The courts don't deny visitation to father. It may take some time, but you would get visitation rights for your child
Yes, she can file maintenance.
