How to obtain ip declaration details of a person

I want to know the process to get information about IP ( Insolvency Petition ) details of a person who filed IP in 2003 , This is in Hyderabad , Telangana .

You can get information from high court. Contact advocate he may search records and provide the information.

Or even Advocate's clerk can get that unofficial copy of documents from Court in Hyderabad.

If you want to get the desired information you may have to either go in person to the office of the concerned court, file a petition and an affidavit giving reasons that why do you require the certified copies of the said case.

If it is not possible then you may contact an advocate in the local and entrust this task on his/her terms.
