One of my client had maintained a fixed depossit in sahara India, which has already matured 3 months ago but the company is not alowing to get the matured amount. As everybody knows that sahara chief Mr. subrato roy is already in legal hurdle.In this situation, to whom i address my legal notice? what legal remedies may be taken in this situation.
