Hi,
Can an individual have 2 HUF's and be a karta in both:
a. One HUF inherited from his father as eldest surviving member (Mother is alive)
b. Two a HUF of his immediate family, (wife and children)
As a follow-up query, is there a definition/understanding under HUF as to when a HUF cease to exist ?
