Huf karta leagual claims

Dear Sir,

There is property owned by wife (not included anthing as HUF) and subsequently a house is constructed on this property and sold to the others in the sale deed husband's name  is also included in sellers list and noted as HUF karta.

Will this bring  more leagual hiers to the property ?
