VERY NICE JUDGEMENT

ANAMIKA VICHARE (LAWYER)     24 November 2012

Even if the husband shows zero income also, the maintenance is granted unless shown otherwise that wife is working. and earning...our male dominated society thrusts the responsibility of winning the bread on the shoulders of men and not women,   Although now women have learned and earned more than men, the laws views has not changed.   Even after marriage, a working woman tries to keep aside her earnings and expects that husband should provide everything for her and it is his prime most duty.   Once the stamp of marriage is apparent on the forehead of the man, he is liable to do everything to satisfy the woman's wish
