Wife has run up loans fro running her business which is sole proprietory . Husband is a private sector employee and is no way connected with wife's business. Lenders are threatening wife of legal action as wife is unable to repay loans. Can lenders proceed against husband's property and bank accounts which are soley in the name of husband and are self earned properties and bank accounts.
