I have to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents with high court of delhi commercial

Respected Sir / madam,

As a defendant, I have to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents and a written statement to High Court of Delhi Commercial,

I have not engaged an advocate.

Please suggest the correct format or sample document.

Should they be attested by notary?

Thanks

Even though you have decided to appear as a party in person, if you are not knowing the procedures to be followed in this regard, you may engage the services of a lawyer outside to assist you  and guide you about the procedures to be followed, the format to be used in the affidavits, written statements and objections to be filed etc.,

I am not from Delhi.

I am from south India.

Can I still engage a lawyer in Delhi to represent me in Delhi High Court without meeting him personally?

Thanks

Yes, you can do it provided you verified the genuineness and satisfied

Yes, you need not appear on every date of court proceeding except your personal cross-examination, it is your lawyer (whom so ever you may wish to engage) shall take care of the case on your behalf.

If you feel so, may contact me with relevant case file.
