. if the charge-sheet is not filed within the stipulated period of 90/60 days (90 days, where the investigation relates to an offence punishable with death, imprisonment for life or imprisonment for a term not less than 10 years, and 60 days where the investigation relates to any other offence

Whether the accused is lodged in custody or not ?

If so, the accused is entitled for default bail after stipulated period of filing charge-sheet.

If not, what is your point of hurry ?

What is your concern / problem / locus standi ?
