The society has employed security agency personnel who are doing follwing acts on orders of secretary which are probably a crime . Can someone tell the section of ipc that apply ? and if fir can be lodged against the society members and the security agency.
first they are asking mobile number at the gate before allowing entry.
Second: The guards seem to be taking more interest in asking and noting mobile number of young girls coming to meet friends which is quite a hazard.
third they stop people coming to your place for any work after 8 pm like they stopped the electrician and sent him back from the gate and the resident is hard of hearing and cannot hear phone even if somene rings.
they threatened a skilled worker at around 8 pm when he went down to get a plumbing leak stopper tape and made him go out with the occupant thinking that worker has gone without telling.
they stop domestic workers asking them to get a letter that they are working in your house.
the secretary says that pass is compulsory before a domestic help is allowed inside the society .
they turned back the taxi coming to pick up at 12.30 in night saying they have not been informed by the occupant .
they unnecessarily stop guests coming to your place at the gate seeking unwarranted details address , phone purpose etc etc as if it is some high security office of govt. they make the person get down and fill a register and sign .
They just do not raise the barrier till they have stopped you and kept waiting asking despite knowing that individual is the owner of one of the flats ..
the secy is posting notices as to what attire people should be seen in , like they should not be seen in maxi outside the house , also putting notice that clothes cannot be hung in balcony etc. etc.
The security agency owner is somewhere connected to the secretary and too many security personnel have been hired , about five six are sitting at the gate only doing nothing but gossiping. They are likely to use physical force just to implement secy ideas .
What are the various sections under which crimes are being committed by the society and the security agency ?
