Dear Sir,
Our neighbour is constructing house and is not leaving any space in the surrounding.When we constructed the house we have left 3 ft of space around the house.When we asked why can't he leave the min space recommended by govt he started abusing.Can you please let me know am i wrong in asking the neighbour to leave the minimum space required.Also if he proceeds with the construction what is legal option i have.
Our house is situated in in Vijayanagar, Bangalore.
