implementation of DV ORDER

First you have to get the execution of the order passed against him  thereafter ,you can file for execution and summon in  Indian court  as well abroad by Addresses consulates or  foreign embassy.

The summon/warrant etc. in abroad. can be served on him through Indian High Commission as the order for the same are passed under the Criminal Procedure Code & the government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs had issued notification to all Indian High Commissions etc. for serving the summon/warrant to the respondent through Indian High Commission/Consulate General in the foreign countries. Follow up the process of serving court summon/warrant to him for execution matter in Indian court itself.

what are the orders under the DV Act that need to be executed is it Maintainence or shared household or any other thing

Court can send a letter rogatory to the Foreign Court which will deport him instantly.

at first iaknow his newzealand later his family members are saying he is residing in different countries and i dont know his actual address
