Pls help me in identifying a solution from your experience.
My friends father had been issued a notice from Income tax for repayment of dues . His childrens are fine to pay the due and the due has been accepted by all the parties (IT , Father and Sons) to pay in installment. After completion of few instalements the father approached court and have got stay for the proceedings. However the sons are fine to complete the installment and come away from the IT Problems.
Can the son issue DD or make payment againt the stay (considering the fact relation between father and sons) to complete the dues ?
