Independent registry of basement, haryana

Dear Sir,

The basement can be sold and registered independently as per supreme court judgment on 17th September 2014 in Navideta Sharma vs Haryana state case.

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Basements-can-be-sold-and-registered-independently-SC/articleshow/42845796.cms

This judgement was for residence property in particular as well i am sure it applies for any commercial basement property,  but still Registry was not done for commercial basement as well due to this case, i would like to know if still there is any kind of restrictions of commercial properties for basement registry.

And if registarar should not have any objection to register commercial basement property which is sold/purchased on Power of Attorney.

Best Regards

Suggest to usefully read the comment since posted at the TOI link given in the query. itself; also look up the 2 write-ups posted on this website itself , throwing up own independent view points on the earlier decided SC case, in re. Nahalchand. Incidentally, those write-ups do not seem to have been widely read even by most law experts/ advising advocates in practice, but  interacting on this website.

"And if registarar should not have any objection to register commercial basement property which is sold/purchased on Power of Attorney."
Should , by any chance, the querist's reference is to the kind of 'GPA' sale, being the notorious idea that was in practice for long but has been critically disapproved and put an end to, the apex court ' s final verdict in the matter be read.
