I am living in a house for past 23years since the time I am born, The house is in possession of my late grandfather and my father and uncle also died 7years ago. After that all payment like has been done by my mother.
Now we(my mother, younger brother and I) want to sell this house but my aunty who left my uncle after few days of marriage and not divorce also is not accepting to provide noc. At the same time my 5 aunty(bua) are also supporting her.
Can it be possible or is there any law that as all the payments related to house are done by my mother then the registry of the house can directly be done in my mother's name since that house is still in possession.
