vansh your father had already published in The news paper that they had disowned their daughter and now they havn't any relation with her etc....., now your father wants to transfer his property in your name o.k. if he wants to transfer his property during his life time then tell him transfer the property by making a registered gift deed in your favour it is very best option, if they want to transfer his property after his demise then make a registered will , for writing and registering a will take help of a local lawyer of your area .

A will registration is not mandatory and publish in newspaper is not relevent proof as per police ...and also if he will not execute will can my sisterclaim on me for property after punlish in newspaper...
