Hi All
I was married by 2001 and my elder son born by 2002 and my husband has expired by 2003 . Later i have remarried a person named Manojkumar in 2006 and have one more son born in the year of 2008.
Once he has married me, he adopted my first son and we have changed his initial as Manojkumar for my elder son and all the records in school / Aadhaar every where now it is with the adopted father initial only.
Is it correct ? The Biologicals fathers mom is asking me why I have changed their grand sons name.
They are asking to change as per the birth ceritificate. How can i handle this situation ?
As a mom of two kids i dont want to differentiate in my home between two kids. Please advise me
