Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I joined Bank of Maharashtra in January 2013 (interview held in Nov 2012) . I applied for IDBI bank, for which my interview was held in October 2012 (before BOM). I have now been selected in IDBI and want to leave BOM. I have requested for bond transfer and after alot of persual of the HR, both the parties have agreed for the same. However, I am stuck in a condition where noone wants to issue a formal letter for initiating the process. BOM wants IDBI to send them a letter to transfer the bond to them, whereas IDBI states that BOM should approach them first. Kindly tell me who should approach first.
