One of my freind has a land property in bangalore, almost 10 years back he has filed the insolvent petiiton on the same property.
In the next year he would like do build the house on the same property.
Can you please let us know the rights that my freind has on the property. And also please clarify how many years the insolvent petiotion will be inforce.
