D.ANANDHAGIRI (ADVOCATE)     12 September 2008

INTEREST OF JUSTICE

SIR,

MOST OF THE CRIMINAL APPEAL MATTERS BEFORE THE APEX COURT ARE DISMISSED FOR DELAY IN PREFERRING THE APPEAL.

WHETHER THIS ASPECT OF APEX COURT IS CORRECT OR NOT. BECAUSE THEY ARE PASSING ORDERS WITHOUT GOING INTO MERITS OF THE CASE WHILE THE MATTERS ARE DEALING WITH LIVES THE PERSONS AGGRIEVED.
