Intestate succession - benami property

Respected Members,

My Father bought one acre land 30 years back and he registered the property on her sister name as benami. My father’s sister died 10 years back, she don’t have any kids. Recently her husband also died. The land is in our possession from more the time of purchase and even the land bills are also paid in my mother’s name including with other land which is on my mother name. These land survey numbers are also come in the center of our entire land

. 1. Now the question is as my father’s sister does not have any kids and as both of them died, there is no will from them, who will have right on the property. Will it be according to Intestate Succession and do we have to follow the heirs of hindu female.

2. My father’s sister was not having any income at the time for purchase of land. They lived along with us and my father use to take care of her family including husband and wife; even husband was not working and not having any income.

3. What kind of right we have on the above property now . My father’s sister husband has younger brother and they have kids.

Regards

Learning
