I have got the probate of a will in 2015.One of outsider challenged my probate but his case was dismissed .now other opponents saying Because 'Inventory petition ' was not filed hence probate can be revoked.My lawyer says there is no such thing as you have submitted property list & paid Rs.30000 fee for that .Kindly tell me if I require to file separate inventory petition.
