I have purchased a agriculture land after through verification of documnets from lawyer from a farmer who has two elder brothers. After registration of agriclutral land to me brothers of seller (farmer) harassed him for selling the land and he committed suiced writing all their names.Now these elder borthers with their wifes attacked us and went to police station gave complaint saying that I have beaten them and police booked a case under ipc 323 34 sections.Being employed privately i didn't give any complaint to police.Their intenttion is extort money,They harrassed through phone calls to return the land in addition to money.I have recorded those phone calls.Will this phone calls help me to get away from this case or any other solution. Please help how to react to these poeple.
