I have bought a residential site in bangalore , layout was approved by BDA and created by Housing Cooperative society.
Sale deed had 10 years no alienation clause, but Society gave approval for sale through NOC.
Legally is this NOC will hold in courts? or its useless and will be treated as violation of law.
