The Govt. of A.P. gives permission to schools and colleges if they come under the disguise of Societies registered under A.P.Registration Act. Institutions registered under these Act never give membership they are nothing but look like sole trading concerns or partnership firms.
One person approached the High Court to give membership in the society of an institution which is financially very sound and he is encouraging many number of people to take membership in that society but the society run under the control of one person do not give membership. I have few questions. Hope i receive answers from you.
1. By giving membership to many number of people will automatically leads to takeover of the institution and the society. with a very limited fee of Rs.50 or 100 few people can take over crores worth institution which took 25 to 30 years to come to that stage? is it legitimate to allow the court under any act or Court can order such misuse of membership to takeover. Because there are more than 100 crores worth institutions in a.p. with simple investment of 1 lac one can take over the institution?
2. Is there any protection to the founders of the society under the law?
3. Can court order against such invasion because to take over 100 crores company we need crores of rupees but in this society with a min. 1 lac investment we can make the promoters to minority and take over the institution
