Outsourcing does not absolve you from the liabilities of employer and put you on the mercy of contractor.

Your choice of employee is also restricted.

It is ly beneficial for replacement of employee.

Outsourcing is the business practice of hiring a party outside a company to perform services or create goods that were traditionally performed in-house by the company's own employees and staff. Outsourcing is a practice usually undertaken by companies as a cost-cutting measure. As such, it can affect a wide range of jobs, ranging from customer support to manufacturing to the back office.

The businesses you outsource to may be independent consultants or other large corporations. No matter the size of the business you work with, contracting out operational tasks can provide a variety of benefits. Some of the advantages are as below -

1. Focus on Core Activities

2. Maintain Lower Costs

3. Promote Growth

4. Maintain Operational Control

5. Offer Staffing Flexibility

6. Provide Continuity and Risk Management

7. Develop Internal Staff
