Is sale deed valid

sir,

This is a case where i invested Rs2,00,000 lakhs in a real estate company in year 2007 to buy a plot the cost includes cost of plot and cost of development , they said they will allot the  plot in one month and took a sign on paper of 32-a registration act 1908 they took my thum impression too on that.

But after 2 yrs when we came to know they did not develop any plot according to specification given i agreement of sale we sent them notice to return back our  money .

after 2 years he sent us allotment of plot and as he was afraid that we would move to consumer court he used the paper which we gave in year 2007 and registerred  the plot on my name  in the year 2010 without knowing me as i signed and provided  thumb impressionm

i did not go to registrar office when registration was made .

Now is this sale deed valid as i did not go to any REGISTRAR OFFICE in 2010 how can i make a case against him , i did not sign in the registration office in 2010.

Hope u will help me regarding this issue.

Your thumb and the signatures are on the deed. Your presence may not be necessary being the purchaser.
