My wife filled a 498a case on me.
She was mentioned her complaint as “Husband demand her to job based on her qualification (she was having master in Biotechnology ), She denied my proposal keep in mind of pregnancy, So, she was abortioned without her contest when she was carrying 6 week pregnancy.”
My questions are as follows
1) Is it possible to scan her without her contest (She was showing scanning report as proof) ?
2) Is it possible to take her to a doctor for termination of pregnancy without her contest (she was showing doctor prescripttion as one more proof)?
3) Is it possible to terminate her pregnancy by tablets without her contest?
4) Is 5 weeks pregnancy is problem for her to do job?
5) How it is possible to determine earlier stage of pregnancy (5 week)?
6) Termination of pregnancy occur in mumbai, is it possible to file a case Andhra Pradesh after 5 months of pregnancy?
