Is the time limit for partiton suit is only 12 years?

hi friends

Take a look at this Jurdgement ,As per this jurdgement the time limit for filling a partition suit is only 12 years as per Limitation Act

in partition case there is no limition becuse cause of action is continue until partition take effect

Unless there is express ouster of other family member(s), the law of limitation is not applicable for seeking partition.

there is no time limit to file the suit for partition. you can file the suit as and when you required to get the land partitioned.
