My brother in law was serving Oriental bank of Commerce and he served for around 21 years as a clerk cum cashier. He expired in January 2019 and left behind my sister and nephew as dependent.
As per the policy of the IBA approved by the Government of India in 2014, the banks has to have a policy of jobs on compensatory grounds. Whether my sister who is just 36 years old can have job on compensatory grounds and can claim that.
