Means management makes rules which is against humanitarian grounds. During this pandemic lockdown period except on Sunday every other government holiday we have done online classes for students. if a faculty alters(not cancelling) his class for personal reason for some other day then he has been made to apply CL but there is no Compensatory leave for working on a government holiday. Everyone knows this is wrong , but nobody want to question because of the job security treat in private jobs. There are so many such absurd rules which is spoiling the efficiency of the employees. So for this kind of mangers is their any rule in our law where such private company administrators rules can be controlled over.

Rules made by management/authorities in private institutions is really inhumane and insensible. For example
1. Making policies without considering humanitarian grounds(reducing some basic facilities like leaves, cases like what I have mentioned above).
2. Humiliating / Discriminating faculties job Nature in meetings. If objected threated to write an apology letter.
3. Salaries not updated as per cadre.

In a single sentence , my query is how to restrict absurd policies made private institutions using law?
