Sample JV or MOU is not advisable as the transactions which are to be done needs to be covered properly in the agreements otherwise it may not be a proper document and could create legal problems among the parties.

Therefore it is advisable to ask your client to take the help from the advocate for which a nominal fees needs to be paid to the Advocate.
