RCOP case under 11(4) section judgement by lower court favor of land lord. tenant Filed IA pettion/delayed in District PSJ. The appeal IA is not yet numbered. Tenant didn't paid rent for 60months. arguement & enquiries completed. But judge is not giving judgement more than 9months. any solution there for this issue? can go for high court for quicker judgement.?
