jurisduction

one  offence is occured in haryana. police gave the  chalan to the court and procecution  allow the application from supreme court to transfer the trial court haryana to delhi. now there is conviction done by the delhi sessions court. now question arises here for the jurisdiction of the appeal. where the appeal lies in the delhi high court or the punjab & haryana high court chandigarh.


plz tell me the case law as well as the jurisdiction  of the court where the appeal lies

I am not a lawyer but I think......you need to go Delhi high court.

You are right Mr Bansal. For Delhi Sessions Court the Appellate court is the Delhi High Court. Under article 227 of the Constitution, All High Courts have power of superintendance over all Courts and tribunals within thier Jurisdiction.
