Just to check my mom is eliglible to receive share

Hi ALL,

Just to check is my mom eliglible to receive share from his father propertly only if it is sold. My uncle (Mom Brother are leasing the argiculture land and refused to share the amount recived from leasing).

As we aksed they said my mom is eliglibe to recieve amount only if it is sold.

He is cheating , if the property belongs to your grandafhter then your mother has share in prpeorty; What ever comes from the property shall be divided between your uncle and your mother,the crops,other produce, rent or any benefits from the land shall be divided .

Don't sleep over the matter,just get your share and make partition of the land ,
