BPO's are covered by (Name of the state) Shops and Commercial Estrablishments Act.

The date of payment of wages is fixed in this Act and also in Payment of Wages Act, Min .Wages.

The employee can losge compalint the momment payment of earned wages is delayed even if by a day and employer can be penalized say by Rs.7000/instance.

You may demand saalry slip that should be supplied at least a day before fixed date of payment of wages.

You can lodge compalint with Inspectors of all Acts mentioned above, O/O labor commissioner, BPO Employee's Union,Trdae Unions, your own Labor Law Consultant/Service matters lawyer/Law firm................
